The brief
Reaction Dynamics builds hybrid-propulsion rockets in Quebec. Fresh off a CAD $14M Series A, they needed a public site that could carry the weight of the technology: investor-grade polish, engineering-grade precision, and a hard launch date fourteen weeks out.
What I built
The centrepiece is the Aurora rocket showcase: an interactive visualisation where highlight dots sync with technical breakdowns on hover, each expanding into detailed component specifications. Around it sits a careers portal with custom application validation, and a newsroom with filtering and archives for press releases.
Scroll-driven GSAP animation runs through the whole site, tuned to stay out of the way of the content rather than perform over it.
Under the hood
The build is 50+ reusable components on a type-safe GraphQL layer with code generation, so data contracts break at compile time, not in production. Content lives in DatoCMS, which means the Reaction Dynamics team ships product pages and press releases without waiting on a developer.
